Practical experience and first-hand information - Training Day at the Roth Industries companies on Friday, 28 June

Ask questions about training and your future career, get tips, take a look at workplaces and get hands-on experience: Interested parties can do all of this at the Roth companies' "Training Day". On Friday 28 June, the Manfred Roth Atrium in Buchenau (Am Seerain 2) will be open from 4 to 7 pm for school pupils, graduates, parents, teachers and all those interested in dual training and qualification opportunities at the globally active family business. .

For the tried-and-tested format, the Roth managers have opted for a new concept: "Even more practical relevance, even more professional insights, even more first-hand information," says Head of HR Michael Donges, "the visitors get a direct impression of the working environment, everyday working life and the atmosphere in our company." Specialist trainers from the eight different professional groups will be on hand to provide information about the various training opportunities at Roth companies, as well as about study programmes and other qualification measures. They will be supported by Roth trainees who will be able to provide first-hand information. The programme also includes tours of the Buchenau site, where visitors can take a close-up look at the areas in which the various training professions are used.

Practise conversations, enjoy ice cream

Anyone who wants to can hand in their application documents in person on this day or have their application documents checked by the experts from the Roth HR department. There will also be helpful tips for the job interview. Summer temperatures or not: "The Roth slush ice machine will be running and everyone can refresh themselves for free with our delicious flavours," announces HR officer Jennifer Happel. The company is also still offering vacant apprenticeships in the professions of warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) and plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) for this summer. Anyone interested in training, as well as parents and teachers, are invited to attend the event at any time between 4 and 7 pm. Registration is not required.
