"We are glad that we have you!" Roth Industries: All current graduates receive employment contracts.
They successfully completed their training in spring and have an employment contract in their pockets - the official ceremony has now also taken place: A total of seven trainees from the various Roth companies were honoured in the Manfred Roth Atrium in Buchenau.
"You have laid a great foundation for your future careers," said Claus-Hinrich Roth, who congratulated the graduates on behalf of the management and the shareholder family, "and we are very happy to have you in the company." All seven skilled workers have been offered - and signed - an employment contract: "In times of a shortage of skilled labour, this is no longer a matter of course," said Ralf Freund, who congratulated them on behalf of the works councils of the Roth companies.
Head of HR Michael Donges took the opportunity to thank not only the young trainees, but also the entire environment: "Many factors are decisive for the success of the training," said the Head of HR, "from the commitment of the trainers to the collegial cooperation to the vocational school, family and circle of friends." He emphasised the good final grades and thanked the graduates for their commitment over the past three and a half years: "You have shown a great deal of dedication, especially under the difficult coronavirus training conditions, and have mastered a whole range of challenges," emphasised Michael Donges, who presented additional cash prizes in addition to the examination certificates. Youth representative Katharina Weigel put it in a nutshell: "You can be very proud of what you have achieved."
Lukas Heimann and Jannes Payer completed their training as industrial mechanics at Roth Composite Machinery's Niedereisenhausen and Burgwald sites. Simon Jaworek completed his training as a technical product designer.
Kilian Kraft completed his training as an industrial mechanic at Roth Hydraulics in Eckelshausen.
Benedikt Baum completed his training as an electronics technician at Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben.
Maximilian Boß completed his training as an electronics technician at Roth Werke in Buchenau. Michael Schneider completed his training as an industrial mechanic.
